Kaivalya Upanishad hails from Atharvana Veda. It follows the tradition of the Upanishads in which the student approaches the teacher, in this case the student being Ashvalayan who is already endowed with all qualification and the teacher being Lord Brahma himself. Due to this, the text directly approaches the student’s problem using minimum words. The Upanishad shows evolution of man and the techniques of attaining Self realisation. 

These talks were delivered during the 2-Year residential Vedanta Course conducted by Swami Abhedananda. Swamiji simply yet deeply describes the Essence of the oneness between I and the Pure Consciousness.
